MODEL MAKING
To begin with I collected the materials i needed to make the model. This included: cardboard, PVA Glue, Scissors, Kraft Paper, cardboard rolls, a stick(not available in photo as it was found later) ,and a bowl.

I used the bowl to draw an outline of where i intended to place the dome shape of my Bird House/feeder. The lines drawn were meant to help me visualize where i would place the floor of the interior.
I cut 1/3rd of the circumference of the cardboard roll for the feeding part. This would later be glued in the interior of the model.

I then began to made the dome shape of my Bird house/Feeder. The Kraft paper was cut into small pieces which i then soaked in a solution of: 1/3rd glue and 2/3rd's water. This would essentially make a paper mache paste.
After waiting for a few hours for the dome to dry, I removed it from the bowl. This proved to be quite successful as it made a thin, manageable shell that would be easy to model with.
Afterward i glued the dome, cut cardboard roll (with an added hole to allow feeding), and back cardboard panel together and waited for it to settle and dry.

The final result was satisfactory as it managed to represent the product I was designing. However, if I had more time I would have put more attention on the structural soundness of the model (by adding more glue.
